About the designer

Fabricator. Throughout 23 years Verner Ostergaard managed his own furniture production with many successful designs as a result. Many of these timeless designs are still in production. But old age soon caught up with Verner and in 2003 Stouby acquired production and sale of his designs. Among other things, Verner is the mastermind behind Stouby’s flexible Metropole series.
